Our story, your peace of mind
It all started with a personal project in 2018. At the time, we trusted that hiring a construction company would allow us to delegate the entire process of building a development of two semi-detached houses with a pool. We believed the process would be straightforward: timely delivery, controlled budget, and quality that exceeded expectations.
But the reality was very different.
We encountered significant delays, unexpected invoices, and execution that did not meet the standards we wanted to deliver. That’s when we realized something fundamental: for a project to progress as expected, someone must be there, supervising every detail, anticipating problems, and always acting in the client’s best interest.
With this in mind, we decided to take control of the project. We replaced underperforming contractors, redirected the process, and successfully delivered the homes, meeting the initial objectives, although not without effort. This experience transformed us, teaching us that strategic and committed management is the key to success in any construction project.
Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to leading projects, exclusively representing the interests of our clients. Our focus is on precise planning, transparent coordination, and rigorous supervision, ensuring every decision and action aligns with the project’s goals.
Today, PROBUILD is much more than a project management company: it is synonymous with independence, strategic planning, and commitment.
