Francesc Orfí: The Person Behind PROBUILD

Hello! I’m Francesc Orfí, founder of PROBUILD and a passionate Project Manager specializing in construction management. My role is to plan, organize, and lead projects, transforming ideas on paper into realities that exceed expectations.

As an industrial engineer, I developed a logical and structured approach to tackling challenges, while also learning to adapt to the unexpected. These skills, combined with my industry experience, enable me to simplify processes for my clients and protect their investments.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions because every project is unique. My job is to understand your needs, anticipate potential obstacles, and ensure every decision we make brings us closer to the desired outcome.

Mallorca isn’t just where I work—it’s where my roots are. I grew up surrounded by family, friends, and a culture I deeply value. Outside of work, I’m passionate about music, enjoy cycling, and love exploring innovative ways to integrate technology into everything I do.

Over 8 years of experience managing complex projects

My professional journey began in engineering, where I worked on technical projects for major international hotel chains. There, I learned to combine technical details with the broader vision needed to deliver exceptional results.

Over time, I expanded my expertise into sectors such as technology and data analytics, leading teams and managing complex tasks. These roles equipped me with critical skills: precise planning, risk anticipation, and practical problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Today, as a Project Manager at PROBUILD, I apply this multidisciplinary experience to manage construction projects with a comprehensive vision. Every project is unique, and my focus is on understanding your needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring every stage progresses as planned, meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
